Programme of human behavior in organizations

Course objectives:

High level of efficiency and effectiveness of participants in the field of administrative leadership and management of behavioral patterns of workers in their organizations

Introduce participants to the concept of behavior, its importance, the entrances to its study, the dependence relationship between behavior and other sciences, the evolution of behavior management in organizations, and the management of organizational behavior for human behavioral patterns in the organization
